I know what you mean about Canadian winters!! It’s very hard to stay motivated when there are no additional excuses to exercise, like taking long walks instead of driving, and no sunny days to perk up your mood!

So how’s it going? I love to hear how your month has been! I just ordered JMBR the other day, but won’t be starting for about a month because the DVDs will be shipped to the US, and I’ll pick them up when we visit family but start the programme when I get home.

From my understanding, the diet has a lot of incredients I probably won’t be able to find where I’m at. But, I still plan to try to eat 1200 calories of mainly protein and vegetables.

@Mrs.LemonDrop:  I would check to make sure that you should be eating 1200 calories a day while exercising.  Sometimes you have to eat a bit more to really lose weight, you need to fuel your body to do this extra work.

@MrsSaltWaterTaffy:  That’s what the diet part is set for. I have a BodyMedia armband though so if it shows that the calorie deficit is huge, I’ll up it some after the first week

@fivemonthsnotice:  haha good to hear. Are you re-starting from the beginning? And if you don’t mind me asking, how often did you work out before starting the programme?
