I'm thinking of trying one of her other videos.  Haven't bought it yet though.  Good for you though!

I have never heard of the 30 day shred until I joined the hive.  So I bought it on iTunes and it completely kicked my ass.  I still only do level 1 because I can't do a push up to save my life.

I can't do push-ups to save my life either!  I have to do the cross-legged ones for beginners! lol

Yup!! I've been doing it for quite a while now. I got to Level 3 & was doing it over & over, and then I gave myself a break when the wedding came around & then there was the honeymoon...and now I'm getting back into it! I wanted to re-do the Level's so I did Level 1 this morning & the day before, it is totally killing me going down the stairs! I've got to hold on to the railing while going down! I LOVE it though. I am so into working out & am going to try many more videos!! :)

@kansasprincess11 I def do her 5 second breaks!  I struggle, and I just did my third day-- my legs are killing me, but it will all be worth it!

@lees4308 Wow level 3!  I am on level one and it is really intense!  I can't imagine what level 3 is like!

@kelsi we'll have to keep up with each other. Are you doing anything to help with nutrition? I'm TRYING but to be honest I'm a junk-food-junkie. The only time I'm really good about what I eat is the morning and that's usually b/c I don't have time to grab anything but a banana and a nutrigrain bar. The rest of the day? Like today...um yeah, the cookies and cupcakes leftover from "food day" at work? Not helping.

I started with Day 1 (for the 4th or 5th time haha) on Tuesday and I am still sore.  I told myself I am going to do it 3 days a week so lets hope I stick to it.  Does anyone actually have any success from it in weight loss, not just building more muscle?

I did Level 1 and Level 2 back to back yesterday for the first time and today my knees are so painful.  I am not sure I will be doing that again any time soon...

I'm a week in on Level 1 and it's still pretty tough.  On day 3 I could barely walk down stairs.  It has gotten easier, but I swear those jumping jacks kill me every time.  I don't think I'll move on to Level 2 until I can do all the jumping jacks without taking a break.

I think I may venture on to level 2 this weekend...  My sister (MOH) is in town and I introduced her to the shred too.  We may try it together...  It is a great workout for 20 minutes.  Plus I travel a lot for work so I can stay in shape while on the road.

i've been addicted to 30ds, and jillians other dvd's trouble zones and burn fat boost metabolism.

i TOTALY understand how you're feeling, i've never been a gym rat and i thought i was going to die after my day 1 of level 1... but it DOES get easier.

i haven't lost weight, as i had muscle to build and tone... but i def feel stronger and my clothes fit differently than the way they used to around my pudgy love handles and tummy :P

keep it up! it will pay off! :)

I just started the 30 day shred on Saturday and it totally kicked my butt!! My arms are hurtin' today!! That workout is no joke! I'm thrilled to have found a workout that seems like it will be really effective while only taking 20 minutes out of my very busy day!!

I had to take the weekend off because we were traveling out of town and I wasn't about to do this video in the middle of a family Easter weekend...if you knew my family you'd know why! They're ruthless with making fun of eachother and the ammo this would provide is endless. Back to it today though and I'm not feeling as bad as I did on day 1 last week! Hopefully I start feeling different about my clothes fitting like missjyc does! :)

I can't wait to start this! I hate doing exercise videos when people are watching and tomorrow I have the house to myself so I'm going to start the shred :)

Those of you doing the 30DS, do you do other exercise as well (walking/jogging?) regularly? I've been trying to walk everyday and work in the yard (trust me..it's a full-time job at my house HA!). I'm on day 5 and can honestly feel a difference already! Hopefully I start SEEING a difference soon. I can just mainly tell in the fact that I'm not in as much pain as I was the first couple of days. I can walk down the stairs without wimpering and do almost the whole video without her 5 second breaks (yes, i take more than one...don't judge;). How is it going for you all??

I have been doing it for a little over a month now and just stay with level 1. If you go to her website people offer help and suggestions. One of the best ones I read was to take a couple of days off between doing it, especially after the first time. Now I do it 3 times a week and don't get so sore. I don't step on a scale so I'm not sure about weight loss, but I can definitely tell a difference in how my clothes fit. Not to mention I can see my arms toning up. I think it definitely helps! I also walk a couple times a day 5 days a week. I'm thinking of adding more cardio on my non-30ds days to help lose more weight.

After more than a month of doing Shred on and off, I am still on Level 1. I am happy to report that I did Level 1 last night and it was MUCH easier than before. I will probably try Level 2 soon. (By the way, I still do girl pushups! :))
