WARNING: This is so unrelated to anything!!!

So I graduate with my bachelors next week, Bees and I'm pretty excited. I got married, I had a kid and graduated college all within a 2 year span. So the next phase of my life is getting a full-time job that pays enough to at least pay for the necessities. Well my luck is terrible! I did everything I thought I was supposed to: 3 good internships, good grades, extracurricular stuff. I work at the zoo making minimum wage. I'm frustrated!

I know the economy is tough and I don't have the most marketable major but I get more irritated when I see friends that get the best jobs with no experience and no higher learning. It never fails! For instance a "friend" of mine just got a great market research job. Her previous job was at a call center. That's what I want to do!!!

Forget wedding/marriage envy. I have job envy : (

So do I. Well I don't really have job envy because I only know one other person who has a job. (we just graduated last week). I'm starting out with a lot lower pay than I was hoping for, but I guess I'm just happy to HAVE a job. (And, like you, I did multiple internships, good grades, lots of extracurriculars, etc.) The area I live in doesn't have much for entry-level positions either. I hate to blame it on the economy but really...it's tough out there! Good luck, I hope something will shine down from the clouds for you soon!
