I saw your pictures on his website--they are gorgeous. Do you mind telling me exactly what he offered? Did you get a DVD, engagement session, and actually prints? if so, how many? did you have to purchase them separately? I spoke with him on the phone, and he was slightly confusing. I also read a bad review online, so now I'm apprehensive. I like his work, but I'm worried it might be a headache. Advice please!
Hi there,
Well, our deal was a bit complicated because we got married in France. We payed for his plane tickets and hotel, and in return he gave us high resolution edited images. We got dvd and engagement session but no prints. You have to buy them separately.
John is really great to work with. The only thing is he takes FOREVER to give pictures back...but we weren't in a hurry so it wasn't a huge deal. I did have to pester him a million times to actually get the pictures though, so that was a downside. What did the bad reviews say?
