There's a great place called Four Rivers Environmental Center. Someone on this board suggested it to me and I fell in love. Unfortunately, it didn't work out for us. But I'm passing it on to you!
@ohmybears48: Ooh I've been there - GORGEOUS!
I would also suggest the Broken Arrow Golf Club in Lockport.
If you could keep your total people to about 120, you could do their silver buffet package which is $40.99 each and includes 4 hours of open bar (plus a champagne toast). So that's $4,918.80... plus the 7% ($344.31) tax and 18% ($885.38) gratuity is a rough grand total of $6,148.49.
**You might even ask then for a special dicount if you pick a Friday or Sunday ;)
Here's the link to the package I was looking at:

I have eaten here many times for mother's day, Easter, Sunday brunch... the food is good, the atmosphere is beautiful... they also do ceremonies on the golf course green :)

I have a serious budget to stick to and have been unsuccessful in finding any spaces that don't break the bank. I'm looking for a location for 100-150 perferrably an outdoor space for ceremony.. I'm trying to stay around 5000 for food and location (more for alcohol) but that may be impossible..Any suggestions?
