I don’t know if I should say ‘good luck’ or ‘good job’ or anything motivational like that…

As someone who used to suffer from disordered eating myself, I know a diet like this would be devastating to my recovery. They’re not healthy, at all. Your body needs food to run properly. I’m sure you know all of this so I don’t want to “preach” but I really think if you’re serious about losing weight, you’d  be better off NOT starving yourself like this because it mgiht be a gateway back to your ‘old ways.’

Hi date twin!!

I did a three day juice diet earlier this year.  It was my way of “resetting” my food habits and cravings.  The juice diet helped me really think about what I was putting into my body and how it was making me feel.  I actually started to crave veggies and fruits.  I followed a program (they sent the juice and calculated all the calories and everything).  We registered for a fancy juicer (and we received it for a wedding gift, but we aren’t using it until after the wedding).  Post wedding, we’re going to make juice and maybe do a short juice cleanse from time to time.

Are you following a program or a book?  Where are you finding your recipes?

I’ve tried doing this before haven’t lasted more than a day.  It sounds like it gets easier though.
