SellyJo:  Personally I don’t like Jucing for a number of reasons. I guess it may work for some people but it takes a lot of nutrients out of the fruits and veggies that you consume. Also imo its really hard to really realize how many calories/sugar you are taking in. I guess you could use MFP but seeing it in juice form, its not easy. I’ve also found from talking to people who juice, they’ve cut their calories EXTREMELY low because of juicing and have killed their metabolism. I’ve had to work on mine for years to build mine up.

If your a person who likes fruits and veggies, you’ll feel so much better eating actual food than juicing. You’ll feel fuller longer and you wont have to worry as much about how much fiber and protein your taking in.

SellyJo:  I am so sorry…. I should’ve looked it up before replying. I thought it was JUST juicing as a diet. I understand now =)
