I’ve had my juicer for a while but I just started a challenge to do all juice except for one meal a day (probably dinner).
Right now I’m loving:
1/2 big orange (or 1 small orange)
1 grape fruit
1 small green apple
2 long juicing carrots
I try to avoid juices that rely on mostly apples…especially red ones. I hate the over sweet flavor. I also like juices that taste cooling or fresh so I like adding either some cucumber, celery, or lime. Kale is also awesome but it’s not easily available where I live which is a bummer.
Has anyone juiced mint leaves? Is it yummO?
