Oh geez!!! It's getting closer. I seriously feel like a chicken running around with its head cut off! Here is what I still need to do:
-Finish favors
-Create day-of timeline and discuss with photographer
-Finalize ceremony and vows
-Finish putting the bridal party gifts together
-Purchase liquor, beer, wine
-Finish putting the music playlists together
-arrange guestbook and instructions
That is pretty much the bigger things we're worried about right now. I can't put the boquets together until the flowers are delivered next week. AAAHHHHHHHHH!!!
@OrchidLove: Congratulations to all of you !
Remember to call your vendors and check for yourself that your centerpieces are ready on the day arranged, call vendors to remind them of your day and that you are still booked.
RElax, be kind to your future hubby because its both your day
Hmm... these are still occurring to me at random intervals.
-Put ribbons and nametags on favors (I've filled out the nametags, and I possess the ribbon, but they need to be attached).
-Meet with officiant before the rehearsal to hammer out ceremony details. Write my vows.
-Make card box.
-Attempt to DIY photobooth.
-Finish playlist.
-Meet with florist to confirm my ish.
-Pick up 4367 people from the airport and make them comfortable in/on various houses/couches/matresses/floors/bearcaves in the area.

That one is pretty much the number one cause of my anxiety at the moment. Why can't they just click their heels and be at my wedding? Logistics blow.
@ladyjustice: Sound like we're all super busy ladies! Your list reminded me we haven't finalized our playlist. We need to contact the DJ and give him our final selections! Good luck with everything!
@beatriz: Yes, calling all our vendors is on the do to list. Videographer and DJ are due for phone calls. And yes, I know it's his day too. :) This has actually been my attitude since the beginning and I hated when vendors would say "do what you want, it's your day" and disregarded FI's opinions.
@Beluga: Aaaahh! Arranging accommodations for your guests sounds insane! I wish you the best and try to make time for yourself in the midst of all the madness... says the bride who doesn't make time for herself in the midst of the madness. Haha!

-Finish assembling my wedding favors
-Buy pillar candles for the tables

And so much still left to do!
I just sat down and wrote out a detailed to do list of all the little things I'd been keeping in the back of my mind. Wow, we still have like 20 things to do! Granted, they're mostly little things, but I'm stressing out a bit and wondering if I am forgetting anything. I'm still more excited than nervous, which I take as a good sign.
How are my fellow July 16th brides doing? What do you still have left to do? I'd love it if the bees shared so I can check it against my to do list! Here are some of our tasks to complete:
- print and decorate place cards
- arrange guestbook and instructions
- make flower centerpieces
- make toss bouquet
- finish putting favors together
- help MOH with card box
- contact DJ for final song choices
- pick up some of the BMs dresses
- put together bridal party gifts
