Yay! I get an extra day on you 17th brides but hey ;) My next week schedule is mental too. Relatives are already here (have been for a few days). Freaking out!
Freaking as well! 7-17-10 sure came fast...cleaning the house, honeymoon shopping/packing, still have to print the escort cards and inner part of the programs. All ribbons and bows have been tied (thank God, lol!) and wrapping bridesmaids' and groomsmens' gifts... It will all come together, so 7-17-10 brides...relax! You are marrying your sweetie and that's what's most important. We will be married in 7 days, yay!!! Good luck and best wishes!
Yep, super busy here as well ... working monday and tuesday, have to finish programs, and clean out house, weed the yard, etc etc! But we are excited that the time has come!
So excited that this is the week - but lots to do still & the relatives have already started to arrive. Plus, woke up with a cold sore this AM! $50 at Walgreens later, I think I now own every possibly remedy on the planet. Am hoping it works.
Still have to put together the OOT bags - that's tomorrow / Wednesday! But everything else is moving along. Good luck ladies & see you on the other side (hopefully cold sore free!).
Wow, now it's only 5 days :).
Tomorrow I'll be working for the last time without a wedding band on my finger. It's hard to believe!
The good thing is: the only thing left to do is creating the welcome speech (we have to speak in 3 languages...) and meeting the vendor for last details...
I cannot wait to see your wedding pics!!
Sounds like we're all ready to go!
Only things I have left to do...
- Have a phone call with the DJ to go over details
- Give the final # to the venue on Wednesday
- Seating chart
- Place cards
- Finish Day Of Emergency Kit
- Get FI to wrap groomsmen gifts
- Vacuum and dust my house
- Pack overnight bag for wedding night
- Pack for Vegas (minimoon)
- Pack the puppies stuff for her stay at my parents for a week
Anyone else starting to drop DIY projects that they can't finish yet?
Good luck brides! Getting closer every day!
All my DYI projects are done except for the seating chart and place cards... can't really drop those :-)
@littlemissmoo: Yep. I gave up on moss covered initials, wooden signs, and making my own thank you cards.
Then again, I'm sitting in my office at work at 1 am trying to finish everything before I leave for the location of the wedding tomorrow. So, it was a really good choice.
@littlemissmoo: I have cut down my program assembly - I have 60 for 90 guests, I was going to make 80 but decided that is crazy ... I did manage to make brooches and shoe clips today after my hair trial ... I still have to cut and frame my menus and signage for the tables ... I might not get to making my fanci-fied candy buffet signs - it might end up being pared down to something simple.

Sorry, there are no users yet.
I can't believe we're 1 week out.
Next week is going to be crazy busy (for me at least). Today we're planning on cleaning the house as we'll probably have relatives here on Friday.
