We have an 18 month engagement and I am a planner, so we've got everything booked, playlists started, invites ready to be assembled, decorations made, favors wrapped, attendant gifts purchased and wrapped. I'm starting to twiddle my thumbs because I don't have much more to work on atm...but then there will be the crazy month before the wedding where everything is a big rush, number counts are due, etc. And I can't do anything about that now! Frown

I almost had a panic attack this morning when I realized there are less than 100 days now!  In reality I'm probably in good shape.  Everything is booked, my invitations are almost done and I had my first fitting yesterday, but it just seems so close I can't help but get excited/nervous/stressed!

OMG today is 100 days?? I knew it was close but didn't realize it was today... aghhh, can't breath. I was not that stressed until VERY recently but now I'm worried about everything - bridesmaids, bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner (which the FMIL is supposed to be planning but has not yet booked a place), cake, music, transportation... omg.

"Omg" is the right word. I'm totally stressed as well, but I'm sure everything will work it self out. A wedding is only one day but marriage is for the rest of our lives...

I am new to the hive, but when I saw this my heart started racing!  I didn't even realize it.  I knew 3 months to go was coming up, but being in the double digit countdown is pretty intimidating!  I guess it's officially crunch time...!

@CaMoFoJo-Bro Oh, I think weddings are about the small special details. So if you forgot to write down a detail that doesn't mean that it's not important..... Maybe you should double check your list? I have a wedding planner so that helps me a lot.

We've gotten a lot done in the last two weeks. Chose and fitted my dress, chose a date, chose a location, designed my flowers, booked an officiate, booked a photographer, and chose a pre-wedding icebreaker dinner for the families. It was all about decisions this week. I guess it does help when we have a destination wedding in a small beach town that only offers a small amount choices....

    75 days, ladies!

    76 days until we're all Mrs. :)

I'll be Mrs. Smith. Does that mean I can claim all of those yummy Mrs. Smiths' apple pies as my own?

75 days!!!! Yay! I'm so scared not about getting married, but about the whole wedding process I feel as if I will run out of time or forget something very, very important! I have my dress, but I haven't chosen the wedding attire yet!!!!

I mean tuxedos are easy. Flower girls easy. Colors, MOH dress, BM dresses have become a challenge for me!

Do you June bees have your wedding attire chosen yet?

I have my dress, veil, shoes.  I haven't picked any unders yet but I kinda just want to go comfy/casual - anything that you can't see under the dress!

So excited, I feel like the days are just slipping past now! 76 days!!  Got to get his ring, boys ties, mail invites, get away car, final head counts, order flower girl & ring bearer clothes (hope there's time!!!) & seating arrangments.

What else are June brides doing this month - almost April! wow.

@thefuturemrsgibbs I have my jewellery, shoes and some of my under wear, but not my garter or my something old and borrowed.  I might also be slipping into a lighter dress in the evening and I don't have that yet either. x

@ domestic_cat I have my dress (needs alterations) and my shoes. I don't have my undergarments. Thinking of going to Target and getting those "Assets" shape forming garter thingys. I haven't got my jewelry yet. I'm thinking of getting fake diamond jewelry to match my tiara. I don't know yet if I need both earrings and a necklace because my tiara is fairly medium size. What do you bees think.

    A. Tiara and earrings and necklace

    or

    B. Tiara, and only earrings or only necklace????

I still need something old, something borrowed, something new something blue.

I believe that something new will be easy....

@futuremrsgibbs You've gotta have earrings! Maybe have earring and a bracelet so all of your jewelry isn't just above your neck?

I feel like I have everything under wraps! I'm getting excited! This week was a week of good news. My seamstress told me I can pick up my gown at the end of the month, and my florist found a way to dye orchids the exact colour I want! Horray! Invites go out next week! EEK! :D

    71 days!

    60 days. Under 2 months!

On the plus side, my friend's getting married in 11 days, so two months seems like a long time to me. :) Whew.

What BIG stuff do you guys still have left to do?

I've yet to find a hair/make up place, figure our my budget for this category or ask BM/mothers if they want services!!  This stresses me out!

also we've got little things: candy for buffet, figure out logistics, book rental car for honeymoon, print menu cards, seating arrangment etc.

I actually don't think we have any big stuff left to do! And we didn't stick to  our schedule very well--we were months behind on everything.

This week we need to send the invites--everything's done, now we just have to print the labels (I got SO annoyed trying to print the envelopes on my printer, I gave up and got clear labels!) and send them off!

After that, we need to figure out what to do about the rehearsal dinner.  I guess that's big.

We don't have anything big except collecting RSVPs, seating chart, getting final counts in. My FI and I have wedding time every Thursday night to take care of the little things that pop up during the week or still need to be done. My biggest task is keeping my sanity! :)

@Rgeddy Of the big stuff: Okay we booked both our ceremony and reception venues. We booked the DJ and my mother is in charge of the Catering. We booked the transportation. We are going in a limo. We booked a Florist diy flowers from Costco so we need to order the flowers.

I think one of the big stuff we have to do is mail out the invitations. But we are still waiting for them to be done...... my sister is going to design them and my aunt will print them out...

Vonnegurl  I think that "keeping my sanity" is something we have in common. It's a pretty big job sometimes as the planning becomes so hectic at times the emotions get high you, your, fiancé, even your bridal party all get so stressed.
