    Yay new board!!

    How far along? 21 weeks

Stretch marks? Not yet! *fingers crossed*

How's your sleep? Not too bad, but sometimes it is harder to get comfortable.

Best moment this week: Babygirl kicking my hubby while we were cuddling before bed, haha. It is going to be SO weird not feeling kicking in my belly after I give birth..

Miss anything from pre-pregnancy? Being able to bend forward without difficulty, haha.

Movement: Getting stronger and stronger, happens all throughout the day now.

Food cravings: Not sure if I'd consider it a craving, but yesterday I wanted an Egg McMuffin for breakfast, expected hubby to say no, and he was like "what do you expect me to say no to you?" haha. Oh and these damn girl scout cookies! Noone can eat just one Thin Mint!

Anything making you queasy or sick: Taco-seasoned chicken still bothers me.. even just thinking about it. I get slight nausea sometimes because of my daily macrobid, but it is not nearly as bad or as long as the 1st trimester sickness.

    Gender:  Girl!

Symptoms: Kicking all the time, sometimes bad stretching/round ligament pain, especially if I raise my arms up and lean back a little it is a SHARP pain in my lower abdomen. Lovely pregnancy gas that makes my husband want to leave the room ;)

Belly button in or out? In, but it has gotten shallower and some of the skin from inside is now around the edge.

Wedding rings on or off? On

Happy or moody most of the time: Pretty good mood most of the time. Earlier this week I was pretty grouchy because I am working a lot of extra hours this week, but I enjoy my work, so it cheered me up more.

Looking forward to: Super Bowl! Go Ravens ;D But baby-related: my next appointment on Feb 6th. My husband also just got a LinkedIn msg from a recruiter at Google.. so interested to hear more about the position they want him to apply for. We've also been talking with one of hubby's friends about renting the townhouse he is moving out of when they get married late June, since it is a two-bedroom and we're in a one-bedroom currently. :)

Goals for the week: Eat less junk (the candy drawer and snacks at work are bad bad bad!), get rest when I need it instead of clicking around online :P

How far along? Almost 23 weeks

Stretch marks? Nope, but my bellybutton is disappearing at a rapid pace!

How's your sleep? Off and on. Some nights are great, some are terrible.

Best moment this week: Seeing my belly move on the outside for the first time!

Miss anything from pre-pregnancy? Spicy tuna sushi, wine, running, my wardrobe ;)

Movement: All the time - he's a night owl!

Food cravings: BBQ sandwiches! ha! Pretty much everything sounds good.

Anything making you queasy or sick: Chicken. Yuck.

    Gender:  Boy! Cann0n F1sher (had to make it non google-able ;) )

Symptoms:  Lots of kicking! Heartburn, insane hip/upper pelvic pain on my left side

Belly button in or out? In, but getting shallower by the second.

Wedding rings on or off? On!

Happy or moody most of the time: Happy, but nosey people can make me moody in a flash. All the questions and comments from acquaintances and strangers make me feel really awkward. But at home and with our friends I'm giddy happy :)

Looking forward to: Check-up on Monday, working on the little guy's nursery this weekend

Goals for the week: Keep up my workouts, drink lots of water, make headway on the nursery.

Sorry, been out of the picture again and we are already on thread #6!  Will go back and catch up on #5 to see what has been happening with everyone while I was in “house selling hell”.

How far along? 21 weeks, had the big ultrasound last week (baby still a Girl!!) and everything looked great and baby measuring just a few days ahead but they did not change my due date.

Stretch marks? Yes, but I had those from Baby #1 so can’t blame baby girl…she is just adding to them even through my husband rubs bio oil on my belly each night.

How's your sleep?  Not the best…still have to pee 2-3 times a night and wake up at 4am and can’t go back to sleep.  However, we are in the middle of selling our house and moving so that could be why my brain refuses to shut down and I am having bad sleep.

Best moment this week:   Parent related, my 1 and ½ year old son climbing out of my arms while reading him a book called “The best Daddy in the world” to go find my husband to read it to him.  My husband looked about to cry when our son brought him that special book.  Can’t wait to read my little girl a Mommy book!

Miss anything from pre-pregnancy? A glass of wine to help with the stress of selling our home to crazy people…

Movement: Tons…she is super active, especially at 10pm when it is gymnastics time.

Food cravings:   All things Asian…I am particularly obsessed with Thai this pregnancy (was cherrios with my son).

Anything making you queasy or sick: I was not good about eating consistently last week during negotiations with the crazy house buyers and my morning sickness rebounded to remind me that snacks are crucial.  When I am stressed I am not hungry but baby reminded me she just did not care…

    Gender:  Girl

Symptoms:   Heartburn...bummer but Thai does not help!

Belly button in or out?  In

Wedding rings on or off? On

Happy or moody most of the time: Hummm…I guess moody lately but due to house not baby.

Looking forward to:  Getting keys to our new house this weekend and getting to start working on Baby Girl’s nursery finally.

Goals for the week:  Walking more and eating every 3-4 hours…I did take a Prenatal Yoga class last weekend to help with the house selling stress.  Was a bit strange and not sure my thing (love Yoga normally) but may try another class at a different place.

How far along? 19 weeks + 5 days

Stretch marks? Just a couple near my left hip. I am drinking water and lotioning up like a crazy woman!

How's your sleep? Eh, some days it's good and some days it isn't. More good nights than bad at the moment, luckily.

Best moment this week: Our anatomy scan today! I got to see baby girl again, which was great. :)

Miss anything from pre-pregnancy? Wine... oh how I miss wine.

Movement: None yet. :( I feel like something is wrong with me!

Food cravings: Not at the moment.

Anything making you queasy or sick: Not right now?

    Gender:  Girl! :D

Symptoms:   Little bit of lower back pain, some trouble getting comfortable in bed, starting to feel like I have to pee all the time even if I don't, and I am getting out of breath easily now. But honestly, none of it is really bad.

Belly button in or out? In

Wedding rings on or off? On

Happy or moody most of the time: Happy!

Looking forward to: Feeling baby girl move... I hope it's soon!

Goals for the week: To get our nursery furniture ordered. We're planning on going this weekend and I just hope we can get it all sorted out for good this time. Fingers crossed!

And, since someone was looking for ultrasound pics, here is one of ours. To be fair, we already knew she was a girl (and she still is!) but  still love seeing her. Especially her little face!

How far along? 21 weeks 1 day

Stretch marks? No new ones yet, had some from puberty on my thighs and hips though. Been rubbing on that baby oil every night and saying my prayers haha.

How's your sleep? Good some nights, horrible others. I am dreaming WAY TOO MUCH, and lately I've been getting really warm and uncomfortable in the middle of the night. Plus I've been getting up more frequently to pee which sucks.

Best moment this week: Feeling little one moving more and more, and the kicks are getting stronger! Plus feeling baby up near my ribs was awesome. I can't wait until I can let other people (like my mom) feel movements, until now they've all been in the awkward low belly zone that I wouldn't want someone besides DH to touch haha.

Miss anything from pre-pregnancy? Alcohol still sometimes when I see DH enjoying a nice drink at night. But mostly being comfortable and not getting out of breath when I do something too active or bend over for too long. Bending over is a serious chore now!

Movement: Tons lately, and I can predict it now because little one tends to move around the same times of day which is cute.

Food cravings: Hmm nothing I can think of right now actually, it was fruit for a while (mainly strawberries and pineapple) but I don't have a "go to" right now. I usually want things I hear people talking about though.

Anything making you queasy or sick: Not much no, meat still grosses me out pretty good but nothing makes me super queasy anymore.

Gender:  Don't know! I was convinced boy, and DH thinks it's a girl. Lately I've started to feel like maybe it's a girl? 19 or so more weeks to go!

Symptoms:  Heartburn! Ugh it has to be the absolute worst!

Belly button in or out? Still way in there.

Wedding rings on or off? On :)

Happy or moody most of the time: Mostly happy, or tired. Is that a mood? I guess if I'm not happy then I'm neutral because I'm too tired to care.

Looking forward to: Getting referred to an OB and I have an appointment set up for around 24 weeks, so I'm interested to meet him and see how that appointment goes. I'm also scheduling going to a maternity leave information session at work to get the low down on how all that works.

Goals for the week: DRINK MORE WATER!! I go through phases when I can't get enough, and then I'm totally uninterested but I need to make an effort in those times. And I need to go back to yoga this week, I've been away for the past couple due to busy schedules.

@MrsSawyer:  Thanks, and thanks for starting the new thread!  I was hoping someone would paste the list to the new one, since the last post was getting long.  Glad I updated it just in time!

How far along? 20 weeks tomorrow

Stretch marks? none yet but I'm cocoa buttering like crazy!

How's your sleep? decent, but some nights I just can't get comfortable...

Best moment this week: Finding out the gender today!

Miss anything from pre-pregnancy? Sushi and wine.

Movement: yes, lots!  I feel her moving around all day which makes me wonder because I read that they are supposed to be sleeping 12-14 hours a day at this point...

Food cravings: Just generally eating a lot more.  But I am ravenous!  Clearly, because at my appt today I discovered I am up another 4 lbs, for a grand total of 22 lbs.  I almost cried :-(

Anything making you queasy or sick: When I wait too long to eat, I get queasy.. hence all the eating.... hence all the weight gain!

    Gender:  GIRL!

Symptoms:   Feeling great! Still some round ligament pain when I stand up too fast.

Belly button in or out? still in

Wedding rings on or off? My band is off for now.  I could squeeze it on, but why bother?  Engagment ring still fits, but it is tighter.

Happy or moody most of the time: Pretty happy!  A lot less moody than the first Tri.

Looking forward to: Registering and buying some clothes!

Goals for the week: Not to eat too terribly and to get some work out time in- we are visiting the inlaws in Kansas all next week, and they tend not to eat the healthiest...

    How far along?  21w6d

Stretch marks? still just a few that are right under my breasts.  Baby isn't even up there!

How's your sleep? It's not too bad.  I've been getting up more to pee at night and have been having some interesting dreams.

Best moment this week: Felt baby on the outside faintly for the first time!

Miss anything from pre-pregnancy? Being able to tie my shoes without a problem, oh my has that been a pain.

Movement: I've been feeling something it seems like everyday at this point for at least the past week.

Food cravings:  Anything spicy lately, and chocolate milk.

Anything making you queasy or sick: Not that I can think of

    Gender:  boy! Logan James

Symptoms:   Heartburn lately.  DH was so wonderful and brought me some tums when I was at work the other day.

Belly button in or out? Still in

Wedding rings on or off? Off.  :(  They have been for quite a while now just because they were feeling uncomfortable, but I tried to put them on the other day and that was a no go.

Happy or moody most of the time: Happy.

Looking forward to:  DH finally being able to feel our boy kick.

Goals for the week:  Try to up my water.  I have noticed when I'm at work I tend to forget about it and I get home and drink about 3 to 4 glasses of water before bed.

How far along? About 20 weeks

    Stretch marks? None yet

How's your sleep? Pretty good. I can sleep through the night okay.

Best moment this week: Going to Melting Pot for restaurant week. Yum, yum!

Miss anything from pre-pregnancy? I was never a big drinker, but I do miss alcohol. Sometimes I really want a margarita, especially when I'm at a Mexican restaurant.

Movement: I can feel small movements every once in a while. I'm looking forward to the moment when DH can feel the movements too.

Food cravings: Soft pretzels with cheese and icecream.

Anything making you queasy or sick: I used to eat seafood all the time, but now I pretty much avoid it. I find it very unappealing.

    Gender:  Boy

Symptoms:   Not many. I sometimes feel heartburn.

Belly button in or out? In

Wedding rings on or off? On

Happy or moody most of the time: Happy

Looking forward to:  Buying the nursery furniture

Goals for the week: Picking out the nursery furniture

@bjm1119:  Thanks!  It was funny- on the way to the hospital for the anatomy scan, DH and I saw a billboard for a new movie coming out, and it said "LENA" on the bottom, with the character's picture on it.  Then, when we sat down to sign in at the hospital, before the ultrasound, the lady that sat down next to us said "hi, I'm Lena So and So" and she was signing in too.  At that point, I went OK, I guess I know what they're going to say!  We are still not 100% sure on Lena, but I felt like that was the universe saying "That's her name!"

Here's her picture!  Looks like she's sucking her thumb!  All through the scan she kept covering her face with her arm, as if to say- no paparazzi please!

How far along? 22 weeks 5 days

Stretch marks? Not yet, cross fingers. I'm using cocoa butter regularly

How's your sleep? Getting more uncomfortable, but generally still okay

Best moment this week: My work baby shower which was tonight :)

    Miss anything from pre-pregnancy? Wine...

Movement: All the time, this little monkey is a serious gymnast

    Food cravings: Nothing really

Anything making you queasy or sick: Nope, I won't eat chicken fajitas for the rest of the pregnancy though because of the food poisioning I got from them at 15 weeks.

Gender:  Green :) but we think it's a boy

Symptoms:   Back pain/rib pain mainly on the left side, my groin/hip area is starting to be sore too. It is getting harder to move around in bed. Reflux

Belly button in or out? Still in, but it is more stretched

Wedding rings on or off? Started coming off today actually. If I'm dehydrated my fingers swell and they don't fit comfortably

Happy or moody most of the time: Happy :) But I do have my mood swings

Looking forward to: Recieving my first shipment of cloth diapers :) They should arrive in a week or so

Goals for the week: Getting my treadmill back where it belongs so i can actually use it

@bwaychick:  Seriously adorable ultrasound pic :)

I was going to wait until Monday for the roll call... But lets face it I can't wait that long lol

    How far along? 19w4d

    Stretch marks? Nope

How's your sleep? depends on the day. Can't fall asleep early (before 11pm) anymore and waking up at 6 isn't fun.

Best moment this week:  exbf/best friend texting me a random baby name after we fought over him hating my girl name. <3 seriously made me smile so big yesterday. And it's a name I love so we'll see if hubby can agree (so far it's a no from Hubby).

Miss anything from pre-pregnancy? alcohol! Hard to eat Mexican without it! I'm used to not having sub sandwiches now that I don't miss them anymore.

Movement:  Not really :( jealous of the ladies who feel it

    Food cravings: fruit

Anything making you queasy or sick:  nothing specific but once my body decides its done eating something I need to stop eating it immediately. Most of the time it's mid-bite at work with all my coworkers so gaging it out or forcing it down is hard.

Gender: find out Monday at 9am! :) thinking its a boy still.

Symptoms:  belly outgrew my boobs 2 days ago, other than that... Nothing really. I'm at a stage where I don't feel pregnant which is scary when theres no movement either.

Belly button in or out? In

Wedding rings on or off?  On

Happy or moody most of the time:  Moody

Looking forward to:  gender ultrasound Monday!!!

Goals for the week:  Ordering the changing table and narrowing down the rest of our furniture this week.

Does anyone else feel behind? Like not ready to bring a baby home at all? I had a crying fit last night because we just have a small/awkward layout (no real storage) house with clutter all over. Nesting mode is kicking in that I want it all cleaned up to start power washing everything down before I become too huge and uncomfortable to do any of it. But I don't have the energy to be crawling around picking up/organizing.

I voted in the poll - team green for now! Hoping that will change on Tuesday. Although I have to say, the whole team green/blue/pink is a pet peeve of mine...I'm a girl but I like blue way more than pink! Why does girl have to equal pink?

How far along? 20 weeks tomorrow

    Stretch marks? Not yet!

How's your sleep? Not great, but I don't feel too tired so I'm not that concerned yet.

Best moment this week: This week has been fairly uneventful...I can't think of anything! I'm just so impatient for next week to get here!

Miss anything from pre-pregnancy? Fitting into my snow pants! I want to go skiing again, but I don't think I'm going to be able to because of the poor conditions and my growing belly!

Movement: Getting more consistent! Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be strong enough yet for DH to feel.

Food cravings: Chocolate frozen yogurt...although I'm not convinced that it's because of the pregnancy!

Anything making you queasy or sick: Not really...sometimes the smell of cooked chicken puts me off a bit, but it's no longer bad enough to stop me from eating it.

Gender: Should find out next week, and I can't wait!

Symptoms: A little bit of a cramping/streching feeling off and on this week.

Belly button in or out? In, but getting much shallower!

Wedding rings on or off? On, haven't noticed any swelling yet.

Happy or moody most of the time: Happy almost all the time, the only exception is when I wait too long to eat! But that's always been the case, it's just more pronounced now!

Looking forward to: Finding out the gender next week!!!

Goals for the week: Order some baby stuff online (done! diaper bag, crib, bath tub and a few cloth diapers ordered) and make a list of additional items to buy next weekend when we go to the states for a shopping trip! Also need to call the last daycare on our list, they don't seem to return emails...

I know what you mean about feeling behind! I've started buying some baby stuff, but we haven't started doing any work on the nursery yet and won't for at least a month. We're working on painting most of the main floor of our new house so it's a bit of a disaster zone at the moment! And the baby's room has to wait until that's done! I've been pinning ideas like crazy and I'm so anxious to start, but trying to restrain myself!

yay for part 6! Has any body noticed that the July mommas have totally over taken our post count? Thery are chatty!

Also -I feel super selfish, I find I'm not reading everything in here/responding to anyone else, and only posting when I have something to say. I'm sorry! There's so much activity while I'm at work that it's hard for me to follow, and I'm jsut so darn tired when I get home from work I want to veg and turn my brain off!

Congrats to the most recent reveals, I was sure that the boys were going to start to over take the thread!

    Here's my roll call:

    How far along? 20w3d

    Stretch marks? not yet

How's your sleep? meh. I'm sleeping through the night (mostly since I stopped caring that I was sleeping on my back) but I'm waking up exhausted!

Best moment this week: feeling lots more movement from our little man!

    Miss anything from pre-pregnancy? WINE

Movement: more this week, but still kind of sporadic. I usually only feel him at work while I'm sitting and listening to music, but this week I felt him at home in the evnings while sitting/laying on the couch. Hopefully DH will get to feel him soon!

Food cravings: it varies from day to day. Mostly still carbs/salt

Anything making you queasy or sick: only if I forget to take my diclectin at night before bed. Other than that my aversions have mostly gone away. I've definately lost the gag, but chick still makes me turn up my nose.

    Gender:  BOY!

Symptoms:   starting to get aches and pains. At night when I'm sitting on the couch the tops of my ribs start to hurt.

Belly button in or out? In, but definately more shallow

Wedding rings on or off? off. but mostly cause my hands were swollen one morning so I took them off, and I keep forgetting to put them on. They still fit.

Happy or moody most of the time: mostly happy.

Looking forward to: DH feeling the baby, moving into our house in 3 WEEKS!

Goals for the week: ugh....drink more milk?

@MrsDW:  I feel behind. I have some clothes for baby and the majority of our diapers orders, but I still have to pack up an apt and then unpack a whole house before I can even START thinking about setting up/buying more stuff.

Starting to re-think how I want to decorate the nursery. I think I'll stick with the circle/dot decals, but might change the colours. Our walls are grey (almost a blue grey) so I was thinking maybe dark grey, teal, yellow? I dunno.

Also, thinking about the clothes I do have, they are mostly onsies, and I have very few pants/no sleepers. And that is causing me alot of anxiety for some reason. Hopefully someone will thorw us a shower so that I can aqcuire some of that stuff.

Also need to find a swing/bouncy chair, or maybe both?

@MrsDW:  Yes, definitely! It doesn't help that DH's music gear COMPLETELY fills the baby's closet but his reasoning for not getting it out is that baby clothes are tiny, therefore baby doesn't need the closet. Grrrrr. But I am hoping to get some stuff done this weekend, starting with paint samples! Oh, and Carters is having an amaaaaaazing sale. I know people tell you not to buy baby clothes, but I at least want to get him some clothes that I picked out myself.

@MissChanandlerBong:  We've been buying some baby stuff... but for now its all in the boxes still and waiting for a clear spot to be set up.  Bought a bunch of onesies and diapers but they are on a shelf in the basement.  I'm beyond anxious to get started, but don't know where to start lol.  We need to get our old bed out of the nursery and clean up all the misc stuff in there (we've been using it as a giant closet since we moved rooms before our positive test in Oct)

@anotherbee:  I re-think how we're going to do the nursery every few minutes.  Still owls for girl but torn on boy stuff again.  Hubby didn't love the design you posted that I loved... thought it was too bland and big boy'ish.  We'll see.  I don't love anything for a boy the way I do for a girls room.  I think your way is the best way to go :)  I've heard baby will live in onesies and sleepers for awhile.  That theres really no need for pants.

@ellebeerob:  I know the feeling about the closet.  Baby's room has the best closet in the house... we are probably going to be keeping some of our stuff in there for now, and mainly put the baby's clothes in the dresser and shelving unit in the closet, we'll probably take up the hanging areas lol. Yay for an amazing sale at Carters... do you know what its going to be?  I stopped by the outlet by my house last weekend and was put off by the pricing... but if its amazing it might be worth another stop this weekend.  I just didn't find much that could pass as gender neutral since we won't know until Monday.  Or I could always buy both boys and girls clothes and return whichever I don't need after Monday...  Hmmm! Lol

@ellebeerob:  I really wish we had Carters out here! I love the clothes there and online they have some amazing gender neutral stuff. Problem was it was going to cost me double the price to have it shipped to where I live :( I need to get shopping for gender neutral clothes, but I also don't want to get a bunch of doubles at my shower. I may decide to start buying other stuff that people may not necessarily buy.

@MrsDW:  That's what I'm planning on doing for the hospital anyway, I'm going to buy a few boy and girl things when I'm close to my due date and return the one I don't need after so at least baby isn't in all green! I don't mind gender neutral stuff at home but I'll have waited 9 months to find out what it is, I'd like others to be able to tell too!

@MrsDW:  Its the entire store 40% off, plus there's an email coupon for an additional 20% off your entire purchase. I'm not sure if that applies to outlet or not? I staked out the store yesterday and picked out several things I want to get him :)

@MrsDW:  my big anxiety right now is I have NO sleepers! (except for a 6 mont hgirl one with cupcakes on it.....) I know this is irrational, since I still have 5 months till he gets here, but I'm seriously stressed out that I have n osleepers for the little guy! haha

@Sweethart:  buy bigger stuff. I'm buying 9-12 stuff mostly because everyone loves to buy little little clothes, so you'll be getting alot of 0-3 3-6 stuff probably. I've even bought a few 18 months things already.

@anotherbee:  I need them too! A girl I work with gave me one that I LOVE so I'm going to try to find others like it. Its a gown-type sleeper with just a little elastic that make it like a sleep sack with a small opening at the bottom, and its by Gerber. She said they come in packs at Target, and that they're super convenient since you don't have to undo/redo snaps in the night.

@anotherbee:  I'm not sure. I bet its all across the board! And they have so much cute stuff right now!!! I've tried to shop a couple of other places and I just couldn't find anything as cute, or it was outrageously expensive. DH and I went into Baby GAP and he about died at the prices!

@dreamocracy:  Me too! The coupons make lots of the outfits and sets about $5-10 apiece - much more palatable for this budget minded mama :)Just forwarded the coupon to you!

@ellebeerob:  we *just* got a carter's in town (we had to go to bangor/kittery before to go there) and they do seem to have good prices. I'll have to check them out to see if they've got 40% off now too. They didnt' last week, but I was in and shopped a bit on their winter clearance sale and got  a few offical boy things.

@anotherbee:  True... I don't have any sleepers yet.  I'll probably focus on those soon :)

    @ellebeerob:  PM'ing you soon! :) Thanks tons!

My HS bestfriend (bridesmaid in our wedding) is coming up tomorrow to go shopping & get her mind off her super sick father.  She had her son almost 12 years ago... I wanted to hit baby stores, but I'm sure she'll have a lot of outdated opinions on what to get or not get/do or not do for the baby.  Plus she raised her son (still to this day) while living at home relying on her mother's help A LOT.  I'm trying to be excited to see her (first time since the wedding in June) but its hard.  I don't want to argue or have to defend myself on baby topics.  And she just wont drop it because she likes to think that she's right on everything.  Is that mean?
