June Honeymoon Napa??

so am getting ideas for what to do for our June 2010 honeymoon. I wanted to go on a cruise and FI wants to stay within continental US. So we thought about Napa. I love wine tasting and great food and I hear Napa is beautiful. Is June a bad time to go?

I don't think it would be a bad time to go. I would make reservations for dinner at the nicer restaurants, but the weather will be nice and warm. Perfect for patio dining with a glass of vino!

I think June might be the ideal time to go weather-wise. Not too hot, but still pretty warm in the day. As such, you really want to start booking ASAP for places to stay and restaurants. There's so miuch to do there (from wine-tasing to bike riding to hiking to incredible restaurants), I think it'd be a terrific honeymoon.

Do it! June is a great time in Napa. Any later in the year and you'd be too close to the summer season and hot temperatures. I agree with fizicsGirl, though, that you'll want to start booking soon. Things fill up early.

June is a great time. You won't have to worry about bad weather and you'll be there before the Summer heat reaches its peak.

We went to Napa in June a few years ago. The weather during the day was warm, but not too hot. It gets cold at night, but nothing terrible. We had a great time!
