I got married on April 15th!  That’s right, tax day!  My husband is horrible at remembering dates- but he remembers our anniversary!

MrsUPS:  nothing to crazy special but may 10 13. which is mothers day weekend. we agreed it would be one heck of a weekend when we start having babies. ;-D but there is also a mothers day tournament for softball, which our families play.  My new last name gives me the initials M.E. which i thought was funny. also my maiden name is longer than my new name. someone told me that your signiture never changes its length even though your name does and it was true for mine. even though its shorter i still drag it out at the end to make my whole name exactly the same length as my old signiture. MIL loves the name may and its a name in her family. knowing we also got married in may, i think we will def add that to our baby list of names.

My initals won’t change when I change my name, my FH has the same initials as my sister (first middle and last) and I lose one letter meaning my name will FINALLY fit in those stupid forms that only give you 14 spaces for your name (first & last) my first name is 9 letters, last was 5, it never used to fit, now with my new 4 letter last name it will 😀

MrsUPS:  We got married on 8/4/12 and 8 plus 4 equals 12. Not terribly exciting but its something!

MsGinkgo:  My FI also has the same initials as my sister before she changed her last name!

We’re getting married on 8/8/2015, and if you add 2+0+1+5 it equals 8, so lots of 8s in our date!  It’s also during a meteor shower, so I’m really hoping our guests will see shooting stars.<br />

Our wedding was on 7-7-12…I just really liked the repetition of 7’s. 🙂 Also, DH’s Birthday is on Oct. 10th so 10-10 and my dad’s is April 4th so 4-4. So we have a repetition thing going on with the month # matching the day # and I really like that. 🙂

Not super fancy, but we’re getting married 05-17 and that was the date his grandparents had their first date. They just celebrated 60 years of marriage!
