@2dBride: haha, iI was wondering how you felt about that :). It's hands down the best advice I've ever gotten from the Bee in terms of generic wedding advice, lol.
Oh my. You should have seen the first pic with it! It actually showed an animated bride on the toilet. awkward.
i saw that and was amused as well. :) i almost implemented your advice on our wedding day, but then just took the dang thing off, went to the bathroom, then regrouped.

I remember this post. I have decided that if I need to pee I am just going to take everything off! lol. With my luck a part of my dress would end up in the toilet.
@Ms Hedgehog: My issue was that I had a dress that I couldn't take off and put on by myself, so I would have needed help with that approach.
Just finding this post now and feeling even more happy I chose a tea-length non-poufy dress. One less thing to worry about!!

Love this. This is really good advice, because honestly I wouldnt have done it this way, and prolly would have gotten my dress wet or something.
Did anyone else just not pee once their dress was on?

I've got a pic of my FCIL peeing in a pot in her dress, but she'd die if I posted it here. She had to go about three minutes before she was to walk down the aisle and it had taken like 20 minutes to get her in her dress. So, her step-sister grabbed a pot from the church kitchen, I hoisted up her dress and her step-sister put the pot underneath FCIL. Lol!
I implemented your advice on my wedding day - and my photographer got a kick out of me heading into the restroom!
