I guess I can see some Catahoula in her shape, but otherwise I don’t know. What I do know is I want to squeeze her and snuggle with her!

Looks like a pit/lab mix to me

@MrsUNClover:  The catahoula makes sense, though my google search is the first time I’ve ever heard of the breed. When I look at her I see a boxer/lab mix.

She looked more like a pit mix as a puppy, now not so much but it could still be in there.  I don’t think Catahoulas are very common so I wouldn’t guess that.  The brindle might be coming from a hound/boxer/pit bull, with maybe some lab based on her face and ear shape.

@MrsUNClover:  She is adorable! I’m not sure how much it costs, but I know you can have her tested to find out exactly what kind of breeds she has mixed in her! My boyfriends dad had to do this with his dog that he THOUGHT was a pit but actually ended up being more terrier or something like that? Anyway, she is gorge and I love her.

ETA: found this! $80 Breed test

I really don’t know what she is, beside ADORABLE! She is absolutely gorgeous! We often wonder the same thing about our new rescue pooch. They told us he was a Manchester Terrier/Papillon mix. I can she the Manchester for sure, but don’t have any clue where they got pap from, he’s 27 lbs! He definitely has something else in him. Have you ever considered doing the Wisdom Panel test? From what I understand, they are very accurate, as long as your don’t contaminate the test swabs. I’m probably going to give it a try in the next few months.

Here’s my little dude!

I would say strong possibility of Pit Bull and then maybe… Labrador? The first adult pic of her looks like she has a Smooth Collie face but the other pics don’t show it. She’s beautiful!

@MrsUNClover:  I don’t see any catahoula in her… I would definitely say pit/lab mix. Definitely some pit in there based on the colors, ears, and face. Looks alot like my friends dog, cant seem to find a picture though. You could also do one of those “heritage” DNA test for fun

I’m going to say lab and a brindle boxer for sure!

She could definitely be part mastiff — there are lots of brindle mastiffs, and many have a patch of white on their chests.  They often don’t get jowel-ey until they get older.  She does have the pronounced bump on her brow as well.  I think the person you got her from is right about the mix!
