OK, so you loved the food, the service was great and you seemed to mesh with them, and they are in budget.... what's the problem?
If you found someone that meets all your needs I don't think you have to continue looking just for the sake of looking. It sounds like you hit the catering jackpot!
Do it! You'll have enough things for the wedding that won't come as easily, so take this win for sure :D
I would check out one more just for peace of mind. I adored my first and it was within budget but went to two more and in the end I hired the last guy because he is awesome, food was great(so were the other 2) and the final thing is he was significantly less and included a few more things.
I would check out at least two more places, so you know that you have made the right decision. Early on in our planning we found an awesome caterer that was within our budget, but we decided to check out several more because food is very important to us, and we wanted to make sure that we were making the correct decision. We are glad that we did because we found another caterer that gave us the same thing, plus more for the same price. Sometimes when we are in the thoes of planning, we get so excited that we forget that we have other options that may better suit our needs.
I'd book! I might just check some online reviews of them just to be sure they had a good history, that kind of thing. But otherwise, it looks like you're set and this is one less thing on your checklist. Congrats!
It wouldn't hurt to look into a few other options before making a decision. That said, FI and I booked the first and only venue we looked at in person, and did the same for our photographer and we haven't had any regrets.

So bees...
The fiance and I just met with our first catering company yesterday. Let me tell you!!! the food was exceptional and we really loved the people. The head of the company personally ducked in on us (twice) just to chat about our university's basketball team and how we were doing at the tasting. He and I are really happy with this company. Do you think there is a need to look further? They are within budget and they have given us everything that we asked for without difficulty. What has everyone else done??
