Hey ladies. Just a checkup. I’ve been exercising on a daily basis and I started Jillian Michaels Shred and yesterday I went spinning – second class and I’m addicted! And I actually just finished JUST DANCE 2 with my 6 yr nephew =)
I’m not down any lbs but not up any either! I did just eat a huge meal at chilis ugh…those chips and salsa really do me in.
How’s everyone else doing?

Omg I didn’t know there were Just Dance buddies! I got Just Dance 2 for my bday and I love it! What are you girls doing to work out with it?

@kirabee: Thank you! Well its not so much just dance workouts but some of us had that in common so I named the posts after it. I just started this week. There is a sweat option on there to do 1, 3, or 6 songs a day and its hard for me at least! Check out my previous threads to see the one I started earlier this week. Good luck with it and I could always use another person to motivate me and maybe motivate you as well!
