Weddingbee boards

I created it using the presentation function in google documents.  When I send the email there is a blurb that says "We’re getting married on December 30th, 2010 and have chosen a quaint bed and breakfast in XXX Louisiana to exchange our vows.  We look forward to celebrating with you!"  The pictures are from the bed and breakfast and actual locations.  On the accommodation page there are links directly to the hotels' websites so that they can reserve rooms, etc.  We also have links to our registry and the last page is a link for folks to email us their mailing info as well as telephone number..

@wildstyle: thanks!! i had an epiphany yesterday (because i wanted to do a newsletter and then seeing that sooo many awesome ladies had done them, i thought omg i can do this too!!!)

@JOJO: i definitely have quite a few things left but these are things i want to go ahead and do and i have to pay for everything lol!! i picked my dress but i will be paying for it probably at the end of the month and reserving the b and b then as well.

@KM: of course I posted it lol I am going to send it out tonight or in the morning, but should i wait to reserve the venue before i send it off?

@ccrane: omg that is terrible!!!! i'll definitely wait to the end of the month then (it's secretly one of the reasons why i waited to purchase the dress. i definitely believe i should have a place to wear it first lol!!)

@ccrane: glad that things have worked themselves out!! we have to view the venue etc, but i am 99.9% sure that we are going with it because we were given a fantastic rate because our wedding is in the off season.

omg i am definitely not one of the best diy gurus!! (you gotta check out some of the bees!!) but i'll do my best to help you in any way that i can or direct you to the proper place...

@ms. snuggie: i posted the tutorial on my blog (mochafrugalista.blogspot.com) and i'm game for the article, whenever you're ready!!! i'll be doing a few guest spots on the african-american bride blog as well....   as far as my budget rocking, the only thing i see is my budget skyrocketing to be honest with you lol!!! everything is coming OVER budget... i cannot wait until something comes in under, you know?

@sunny: yay!! glad that you like it too!! it would be awesome if someone was really good with paintshop or something like that, I am not to good with graphics so I cheated (as you will see from my tutorial)...

@Lindsay: Definitely don't feel bad :( it was sooo easy to do, literally I was finished in like an hour... I did a tutorial on my blog, you can definitely do it very easily...

@Melissa: LOL you are so silly!!! I honestly cannot believe I found a dress so quickly, I was thinking it would take me MONTHS to find her!!!! I'll be so excited to have everything done and paid for to be honest with you.

@Mimosa: Thanks it was a combination of me really not wanting to do an STD and really not wanting to do a website, but wanting to get the info out lol! And I have a cousin that constantly emails family updates and after seeing the email stds from the other thread I was like OHHHH WOW that would be soooo easy!!!

@ms. teddy: it's literally PRICELESS lol!!!! i was really concerned about folks being too cold etc, and i definitely put that it was an outdoor wedding so they could be prepared. I am so excited that it's so well received....
