Just like the title says! Does your SO talk in his/her sleep?
Sometimes my SO does and it scares me so badly! Because he has a really deep voice and then he sorta mumbles, and it’s just terrifying if I’m half asleep and hear him talking.

Yes! Mine does! It wakes me up… I usually wake him up to tell him because it freaks me out sometimes! He used to play it off kind of embarrassed in his half-sleep haze like “I was just thinking out loud…” or something really stupid, which makes me laugh. 😀 Now he just owns up to it and rolls over to go back to sleep.

No, but I sleepwalk. There has only been one time when someone was awake so I don’t know if I do it all the time or not. But the one time I did I threw water on the floor and started staring at a wall… for like 15 minutes.

He doesn’t, but I apparently do!

he doesn’t but I do. If he does, I’m way too dead asleep to ever hear!

SO talks about work usually. He’ll say random things like, “Just running…running… this cat 5…Gotta do it by tomorrow, hmm?” lol. He installs cable. Every so often he’ll open his eyes, give me annoyed look and say, “SHHHH! I gotta go to sleep” and grumpily roll over like I woke him up or something. He never remembers anything of course.

Mine does and it’s so funny! She’s a nurse so usually it’s about work. Ocassionally I’ll go to bed later & when I get in bed she starts talking and I think she’s awake but what she’s saying makes no sense! Last time it was “the lady in 214….go….the schedule” & when I say “what?” she’ll actually respond to me & repeat the jibberish she already said lol or she’ll get attitude in her sleep & go “nevermind!”. never remembers anything.

Hmm…maybe once? He used to work a really awful shift where he had to go to bed SUPER early, so he had to take Ambien to get to sleep. I was sitting out on the couch and he came out to the living room and just stood there. I looked over at him and said, “Hey, babe, whatcha doin’?” No response. “Babe? Did you want to go back to bed?” He nodded and said, “Yes, please,” so I had to walk him back to bed and tuck him back in. He didn’t remember it the next morning.
Apparently, I have done it before, though? A few weeks ago, I was asleep next to FI (who was reading), and I turned over and giggled and mumbled something, and he asked what I said, so I giggled again and said, “Attack me! I’m sleepin’!” LOL

I’ve heard my SO sleep talk a few times, but it’s always mumbly Spanish so I never know what he’s saying. Once it sounded more like Chinese…

DH does on the rare occasion that he is overly tired or something. I, on other hand, do it quite frequently & DH thinks it’s just the funniest thing ever! His dad has like full on fits in his sleeps, like he cusses, kicks around, & even punches walls! His wife makes him sleep in the other room because she so scared of a random “sleep attack” haha.

My guy does talk in his sleep the other day he was saying “get in my gullet”…I think he was listening to Game of Thrones on audio so, maybe that’s why, lol!

FI sleepwalks! One time he took a piece of art off the wall, looked at it, was apparently satisfied, and put it down. I was TERRIFIED he was going to smash it!
