My dream home would be 100% environmentally sustainable: from the building materials to the day-to-day energy uses. It would be powered by solar panels and heated through an underground geothermal system. 🙂

So this is just the outside of my maybe one day dream home (so more of a realistic, maybe attainable home)…it is right down the street from our current duplex and yes, I was a creeper and snapped a quick on my phone while walking my dog one day. I simply love the exterior and the building style. We know the people somewhat, and the inside is beautiful as well….

Two or three bedroom, 2 bath, open space apartment in NYC.  Lots of light, with a modern, big kitchen (love to cook), and a washer/dryer hookup.  Oh, and the more closet space, the better!

@bmo88 I love a house very similar to that! And same color, there is something about that shade of green that looks so good on homes.

At the moment this is my dream house.  It has everything we want, and is within our budget, but it’s a dream because we can’t buy until we can sell our condo, and that’s not happening right now!

Theres a house down the street from me that is BEAUTIFUL! It doesn’t look like it fits in Pennsylvania at all and I love it. Honestly it’s only $600K and if you saw it in person you’d think it was $3 or $4 million for sure… it’s massive!

If we win the lottery were buying it. WWe’ll stay here until my son graduates and then we’ll buy our next dream houses…

I also want a beach house and a victorian mansion too. LOL

This house is in the place were looking to move in Ocean City, MD

This one is in Alabama, another place we’d love to live someday!

What a fun thread!  I want a beautiful turn of the century house, with character but nicely contemporary on the inside.  This house has so many things I love:

906 18th Ave E, Seattle, WA 98112

906 18th Ave E, Seattle, WA 98112

906 18th Ave E, Seattle, WA 98112

It is beautiful yet homey – I could totally envision our future family there 🙂

AND it has one of my favorite things in the world: A clawfoot tub!

906 18th Ave E, Seattle, WA 98112

*sigh*

I love dirt and straw houses like this one!
