@Lindsay12.31.2010: Omg yes. I was also looking at the recipe for agave marshmallows earlier, but discovered I can't make them tomorrow because I don't have gelatin and DH will have my truck for the day :( Poop. Oooh you should make the marshmallow fluff and then make hot chocolate cookies!!! Aaaaaaaaaaaand now I need a chocolate fix.
All of these recipes are sounding AMAZING!

@bakerella: DH eats marshmallow fluff and peanut butter sandwiches. And fluff on saltine crackers :-) It's a super easy recipe! Egg whites, corn syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla and salt!
I have gmail, facebook, wedding bee and a copy of our rehearsal dinner contract. Nothing exciting here.
I'm TERRIBLE about having a ton of things open at the same time... and when I leave the room I normally take my phone to continue whatever I'm reading/looking at SOOOOO

I have: facebook, weight watchers message boards, a funny thing from cracked.com (http://www.cracked.com/photoplasty_119_instructional-diagrams-people-who-suck-at-everyday-life/), a pot roast recipe, a slowcooker bbq chicken recipe, a hoops & yoyo birthday e-card that I've played at least 4 times because it makes me giggle, and some weddingbee tabs! Whew.

I have open weddingbee, facebook, swapbot, and pinterest.
Right now I just have my email program open (Mail) and using Safari on Weddingbee. A lot of the time I'll also have facebook open. I like to close windows since my computer is getting a wee bit old (4.5 years! macs last forever!) so it can't handle having a lot of websites open at once.
I'm awesomely boring tonight...
Since it's early in the AM, I only have 3 open (it will increase later in the day)

I'm trying to find a good (and easy) gluten free recipe for cookies that doesn't require me to buy gluten free flour. I've been sending baked goods into the office with DH and he *just* told me that one of his coworkers is gluten intolerant and hasn't been able to eat anything I've sent in! So now I really need to fix that since she's been very nice and accommodating to us since we moved here.
