You know, that third gown is really stunning on your body! What a great idea to post all of these! Here are the ones I didn't choose:

I actually "kind of" didn't like the 3rd one b/c it had all the crazy pick up detailing on the side and back. But I ended up with a similiarly shaped gown in the end because I liked the way it fit. I didn't like the "trendiness" aspect of it. Gotta love a corset though.
I like the first one you have on! But the bodice on your chest doesn't fit well enough, like it's too squat or something. I had asked about those styles and apparntly even when you go up in size that proportionally doesn't change!
I should have tried veils on when I did my dresses....it might have made it feel more like a wedding gown! i felt like i was swimsuit shopping, LoL =] Oh the horror!

I like the 2nd one that you attached, EJS. Maybe not the best one for your tan lines, though. LOL ;)

haha yes I do! LoL, i hated the first one. it was SO uncomfortable with all that beading. It scratched up my underarms something fierce! Here's the one I got:

This is such a great idea! I tried on probably 40 dresses, so I don't want to bore anyone with all of them, but I may just go dig up a few just for fun.

I have hardly any picture of me tyring dresses on, but this thread is great!
Ah... just the place to show off 'Big Bertha'. About half the dresses I've tried on have been b/c they were ridic. This gown was dubbed 'Big Bertha' by the shop and she probably weighed 80lbs. Dear Lord... was it heavy!

omg it looks like a beast to wear all night! It's pretty....but I don't think I could handle it either!
EJS I feel the same about dress shopping. It's like swimsuit shopping, just more coverage.

omg good luck! I was so pooped out after one store it wasn't funny! They are really heavy to put on and off and on and off, i broke a sweat! But I went by myself so i didn't have handy helpers. I loved it or hated it immediately and wasn't wasting the nice salesladies time! Come back and post the worst of the worst =]

I only tried on, oh, 5 or so dresses before I found mine! I took pictures. Here's for fun all the *did not work outs*
If anybody is interestd, I also took pictures of the tags on the dresses so I know the designer, model, AND store prices.
