Keep doing it!! Best decision I ever made. Im about 4 years in and literally baby butt smooth down there! The hair doesnt even grow in anymore. After about 6 months of going to the salon I started doing it myself. Every 4 weeks religiously and DONT shave (thats why it took me as long as it did). And after a while it is almost painless. LOVE IT!!!

i used to wax. for like 5 years but started getting really bad in-grown hairs. i didnt shave in between i even exfoliated and did a bunch of other things. my winning glory, laser hair removal! best money ive ever spent. no more in growns barely any hair. if i have a couple i shave it off in 1 minute flat, no more razer burn or itching.

I am sure ur FH is going to love you being so smooth, congrats ahead of time!

lexie1114:  Yesssss! Agree! Waxing and Laser Hair Removal is amazing. Shaving gave me ingrown hairs and the hair would grow back way too fast. So glad you liked the outcome of your waxing session. Congrats on your upcoming wedding. Enjoy! Can’t wait to see your recap 🙂

lexie1114:  Oh my goodness! I’ve never had a Brazilian take more than 10-15 mins (And that’s from the time I walk into the room ’til the time I walk out the door). I’m glad you like them, though! 🙂

I read somewhere there is a link between recurring yest infections and shaving/wax but of course now I cant find the artical to share with you ladies lol( isn’t that how it always goes). I was wondering if waxing changed your sensitivity level, like if you keep waxing do you become less sensitive during intimacy?

I am a little jealous…..I’d love to wax down there but the last time I tried I started bleeding from the follicles. 🙁 Kudos to you for going through it!

I’m considering getting electrolysis done on quite a few body parts once I get the money. Damn super thick coarse dark hair everywhere!

I used to bleed during waxes too! Elos hair removal was a lifesaver for me! Nowhere near as painful as traditional laser or waxing. It was a Godsend! I noticed less ingrown hairs as well. So far I’ve had two treatments and have noticed definite results

AddieNicole:  Oh yes. I had very coarse black hair it was bad and thats also why it has taken so long.. and yes the only bad part is a. letting your hair grow out long enought to wax (so you have to go about 2 weeks with hair down there) and b. the ingrown hairs.. But now that Ive gotten through it..it was worth it!.. Its the same results as laser hair removal just takes a few years instead of a few treatments. If I could afford the laser hair removal I would have gone that way!

My Brazilians only take 15 minutes. Just saying.
