Fiances sister came over and we had dinner and watched a movie. I hand delivered the invitation to her!

My planner said that I could pick them up... apparently my invitation woman didn't know and emailed me saying she didn't know I picked them up. Lol. So she wants to hand cancel them and send them out for me.

Do you think it would be nice if I hand deliver invites to our closest relatives I see all the time ... or should I just mail them all? What is nicest?

    Thank you.

Snail mail! I *love* getting things in the mail that aren't advertisements or bills! ;)

I like getting things in the mail. I even mailed a save-the-date to my MOH, who I see nearly every day. But the surprise of getting something in the mail is rare these days :)

I vote you mail them.  To me, there is nothing as great when I check my mailbox and find something that is a personal letter as opposed to bills.  My MOH and flower girl will be helping me stamp them, and I'm still mailing theirs.

How funny. The first thing I noticed was no pics...  I say mail them, because it's so much easier on you.  Do it all at once.  besides, if you give people their invitations while they aren't expecting them, the invitation could get lost.  If I was at lunch with a friend, and she handed me one, I'd be forced to put it in my purse... potentially forgetting about it.  Or I'd leave it at the restaurant, etc.  When you are at home, receiving mail, you are in that frame of mind, ready to classify your mail, as need be.

I also LOVE getting stuff in the mail. Much more exciting then getting it handed to me in person. . . which I've also had from my FSIL.

I'm hand delivering to people who live in town.  It's easier.
