And the food was amazing! Here is what we have:
Roast pumpkin soup with green apple, sage and white wine
Lamb fillet with Mediterranean quinoa and tomato relish
beef fillet with olive oil mash, steamed broccolini and balsamic jus
Chicken roulade wrapped in pancetta, stuffed with spinach and sundried tomato with grilled asparagus and mushroom with baby potatoes and balsamic jus
Individual pavlova with a berry and sherry sauce
Lemon delicious pudding
It is all gluten, lactose, nut and onion free and the serving sizes are huge. can’t wait!

Holy tin can of tuna. Chicken roulade wrapped in pancetta, stuffed with spinach and sundried tomato with grilled asparagus and mushroom with baby potatoes and balsamic jus and the soup make me wish I knew you IRL.
