    Miss Sparkle

In conversation with my fiance, I constantly bring up wedding bee and reference posts. Finally, after hearing about it so much, he went on! I then received a phone call, and he asked..."Are you Miss Sparkle?!" He figured me out! Busted! So then went to my history and could see every post I've made (some referencing him)--and although this is a public forum and anyone can go on, I always consider this a place I go to--if I have to vent or get advice, etc. and no one really knows who I am...I feel like you are all my friends though! For some reason, I felt like he stepped into my territory and he wasn't allowed!

So my question is...do your bee-men come to wedding bee? I know there are a few because the Blogger Bees sometimes say "FI don't read on!" and things like that. But what about everyone else?

No, but he as good as does.  I keep Mr. MagPie in the loop -- "Hey, TWO new bees today!" -- and sometimes he asks about Weddingbee if I haven't told him about it in awhile.

Mine won't read the site himself, but he asks me to summarize the posts he finds interesting as I sit beside him and surf.

    @tabby: LOL! Too cute!

My Mr does not read weddingbee or bridal magazines. The only thing I got him to read was "Th Knot Guide for the Groom". I'm not so sure he ever finished the book, tho...

I think he only looked twice.

The first time he was looking for flat front tuxedo pants and the first hit on Google was my post to the boards asking Bees if they knew where to get them.

The second was when my ring shot made it into one of the ring shot posts- he checked it out.

    Otherwise he doesn't read.

This poll is gender biased against men and lesbians! :-)

I do read a lot of Weddingbee, but I think I'm probably a special case. I try not to comment on posts about things like menstruation or birth control, because that might be creepy.  In fact even mentioning that here is slightly creeping me out.

    haha MrBee

My fiance would rather get a root canal than read about weddings, he already hears enough about them from me.

He knows about Weddingbee and occasionally says "Ask about whether anyone has any experience about "this" or "that" on Weddingbee!"

But I don't think he comes here and looks around. I agree with you, Miss Sparkle, I'm not sure I want him to come on here and see all of the posts I've written-- its a good place for us brides to vent about everything... grooms, MILs, friends, etc and this is one place where other brides-to-be understand us in our craziest moments!

No, he doesn't read by when we were making decisions on wording for STD's and invites he asked what the "girls on that site do."  It was pretty funny!  I didn't think he actually paid any attention to the million times I brought it up!

Mr. CC reads occasionally.  However, it is rare.  He gets enough from me without reading WeddingBee too!

Ha ha!  I can't believe we're that much of a minority!  I'm not sure that he actually gets on here all that frequently, but I know he does.  Actually, he'll probably apply to be a bee soon instead of me!

He actually came on here late in our wedding process and created an account to ask a question about centerpieces or something.  As far as I know he hasn't been back since.

No, but occasionally he reads over my shoulder and makes me explain stories in posts and enjoys talking about them.  He keeps me thinking realistically :)

My fiance said yes, but then said he just reads my posts sometimes and has since done a few searches.  So kinda yes.  He just suggested there be a "dude" wedding website!

I talk about it enough that he doesn't feel the need for any "research" of his own!

No! But I wish he did! I'm always bringing it up in wedding conversations when I remember a specific post or interesting point I've read here. He probably would if I asked him to...

Mr. DE checks the site rarely, as far as I know.  He usually tells me that he read something, so I have an idea when he does.  He never even heard of the site until I became a blogger for it, so I'm not sure if he would be checking it out otherwise.
