So I just sold my dress that i bought for $700 for $150! I think it was a great deal for both of us since I didn’t take my dress to the cleaners and it was altered.
Only thing is people seemed to be shocked that I would want to sell it. They keep asking me why I am not keeping it. Uh because I don’t have space and because I don’t know why I would want to keep it lol…to play dress up later?
What about you ladies are you keeping your dress for sentimental reasons? selling it? donating it? trashing it?

Good for you. I think if you want to sell your dress then do it! After all, it’s YOUR dress. Personally I’m keeping mine but I have every intention of rewearing it on different occasions as it was more of a cocktail dress.

I will be selling my dress!
I already sold one after dress regrets. I managed to get almost every penny back that i paid for it… however, I didn’t wear it or even take it home from the bridal shop yet. I’m hoping to get at least half of what I bought it for.
How much is it to clean anyways?

I bought a replica dress for cheap, so I think I’m going to just donate it. I’ve never planned on keeping my wedding dress since I doubt I will ever pull it out of the closet “just to try on” again. Plus that’s valuable closet space for other clothes! 🙂
A friend of mine paid over $200 to get her gown cleaned and preserved.
