that sucks you had a bad experience but that is awesome they are letting you exchange. but what are you exchanging them for?

After reading all the suggestions to wear these under my dress I bought the higher power mid thigh shaper for under my wedding dress. It rolled down all day even though I made sure I got the right size :( I had hoped to wear it again under other dresses in the future. Obviously the department store would not take it back.
Anyway, I contacted spanx.com and explained that depsite the package saying they don't roll down, it did and that I was unhappy. They are allowing me to exchange them for another pair via mail which I think is more than accomodating. Hopefully this new pair works and I can wear them more!
