I think I remember hearing about how long you had been around when I first discovered Weddingbee. Shoot, if I had known about it before I got engaged, i would have also been around for much longer! Shoot, I just love this place and that's why I'm still here even though I've been married for over a year. :)

@lillindy, isn't this place wonderful? i'm seeing more and more marrieds hanging around long after the wedding. it's so hard to quit this site!

YAY FOR THE WAITING BOARD!!! I honestly believe that I will never love the other bee boards as much as I love this one... We keep each other stable!!
I love the waiting board! I think i would drive my friends and family and my BF nuts!
yeah i will be a bit sad to leave too... lol maybe we could have a waiting graduates board lol... or perhaps i'll just post everything in the graduate post lmbo!
@weaverm, @honeybear and @crebre80 i love this board too! it's always the first one i check after i finish going through the blog. lol. it's definitely helped me keep my engagement waiting bearable. i think i'll be checking here even after i graduate!
@tea: is it crazy that i come to tell y'all about day before I tell M and some friends because they just wouldn't "get it"?
i second, third, fourth, and fifth! this board is AMAZING! everyone here is super supportive and i love getting multiple perspectives and different ways of approaching things. a huge chunk of my friends have moved away or are caught up in their wedding plans/baby caregiving/married life, etc., so in the last year or so, and with my job being insane and involving a lot of travel, i'm really glad to have this board and to know there are people out there going through the same thing! thansk for caring ladies :)
@crebre80, haha i don't think it's crazy. you always find that person who understands your situation to tell them before anyone else! and it just so happens we're your people!

i don't post my own threads that often as i have more fun responding to everyone else's but i just wanted to say thank you to all you lovely ladies here on the waiting board. i've been reading the 'bee for several years [since the original bug generation. eep!] and i'm so glad they started this section of the board so i don't feel so lonely and odd for reading and not being engaged. everyone has been so helpful and kind and offering what would normally be total strangers some awesome support in everything and i think that's simply amazing. so again, thank you for being your awesomely lovely beautiful selves!
