She still has to take it in a little more, do the bustle, and I’m getting the neckline sweethearted (my necklace won’t be hiding under my dress), but I’m starting to get excited! I was having really bad dress regret for a while but it’s starting to subside. I can’t believe how different it looks in pictures compared to in the mirror!

Dress Twins! only you are sweethearting yours and I am … adding sleeves to mine… some how
are you keeping yours more this A line look or making the skirt full ball gown?
Also I ams so happy ( in a way) that you felt dress remorse too beacuse I kinda am right now waiting for my dress to get its first alterations! i notice your not at DB and took alerations else where I wish I had too!
How tall are you I am 5’4 !
This dress is amazing! I think its a little perfect of everything! the only thing I wish mine had was a pearl button back! are you keeping the zipper?
What do you think abot adding buttons to the back?
Is yours the white or Ivory It looks more Ivory but I am unsure cause of the lighting!

@alishaloo: Yay! I haven’t seen too many other people with this dress… which is kind of cool considering its from DB! I’ve gotten so many compliments on it already from everyone who’s seen it.
I’m going to try to keep the poof subdued… I have a complex about being too poofy and knocking everything down or not being able to get close enough to my soon-to-be husband without swallowing him in my dress haha
I TOTALLY had dress regret. I bought this back in January so I’ve had months and months to keep looking and wondering “what if”. But after I started getting alterations I felt SO much better. I’m just under 5’6″
I was originally going to get a corset added to the back, but I’m already getting so many alterations done that I’m probably just going to leave it alone… all the little things are really adding up money wise. I think it would look great with buttons added to the back though!
Mine is white, it was just dim lighting. I went to a seamstress that works out of her house. I’m going for my final appointment today… hopefully I’ll get to bring it home!
Keep me updated with the progress of your dress! It really is a gem… not a lot of people know about it. 🙂
