The K-1 threads seem to have disappeared but I know there are several ladies here processing K-1 visas.

How is the process going? How long have you been processing the visa? What stage are you at right now? What Service centers and consulates are you working out of?

I'm about a week out from my interview in Montreal and I couldn't be more excited. So much to do still! We'll be at almost exactly 8 months from filing the I-129F on my interview date!

I don't know if it's just my browser, or if this is a WeddingBee issue, but all the times stamps posted are way off (for example, apparently you wrote this post in the future on May 19, 2012). I'm just curious to know when you actually submitted your paperwork. Most of the K-1 forums are a little older, and I know a few things have changed with the process. I wonder how much that's changed the processing time. I just submitted the I-129 today and I'm crossing my fingers for a shorter processing time.
