Me me!! Well sort of. We are having a destination wedding in MX and then a reception back here in Kalamazoo. :)
I'm sorta kinda close. I'm getting married in Tecumseh, MI but my vendors are all from southeastern MI and northern Ohio.

Hey Kzoo brides! I'm from Portage and getting married in downtown Kalamazoo on May 8, 2010. Our reception is being held at Cityscape on the Kalamazoo mall. I'd love to hear who everyone has chosen for their vendors!

Here are the vendors I am using for my wedding. It will be on June 19, 2009 at hte Lawton Community Center:
Florist - Sofia's at the Radisson (super suprisingly cheap), Kalamazoo
DJ - Monte Jaansen, Wiser Productions, Kalamazoo
Caterer - Premier Catering, Paw Paw
Photography - John Davidson Photography, South Haven
@AmandaP: Awesome! That is coming up soon, you must be so excited! Have you been out to the LHCC recently? I currently live in NJ so I have only been able to visit once, around Thanksgiving... they had just put up the new garage door in the big ceremony room and hadn't gotten around to covering up the top of it yet. Just curious how it is looking lately!!

Officiant: Rev. Marty Newman, Unity Church of Kalamazoo
Are any of you familiar with the Kalamazoo or Grand Rapids area videographers? We've been talking with a handful but would love some recommendations!

Did you find your videographer? We are using Michael Terri and they are awesome!
Anyone have suggestions for affordable limos/trolleys in the area?

I just got engaged last week, and I have no clue where to have the reception, which photographer, etc, so I will look into some of these reccomendations! Thanks for the post!
The Wine Loft in downtown Kalamazoo is a nice place to have a reception....they do other Bridal events as well.
