And I have the bite marks on my ass to prove it.

@mrsbruff2b:  No. Most people don’t understand Karma anyway and think that the idea of it is a lot more smple than it actually is.

I believe in it in the sense that if you treat people like shit, people will treat you like shit too.  I don’t really believe in the more coincidental incarnations (so to speak) of karma.

I wish, but I’ve seen no evidence of it thus far in my life.

I don’t believe in the idea of cosmic retribution, or your negative energy coming back around to haunt you. However, I firmly believe that you reap what you sow, and there’s a good chance consequences will come back to bite you. I do sometimes refer to this as karma, but I use it as a metaphor for the natural consequences of an action (e.g. someone tailgating me and being a general jerk on the road, only to see them pulled over up ahead).

Actually? No. But I do believe that how you act and treat people will come back to you.

I have a ‘karma’ story.  I’d like to think I was the instrument of karma in this case 😉

I was 13 or so, and found a wallet just outside the doors of a Target type store.  There was a LOT of cash in it.  I figured it would be easiest to go back in the store and leave it at the customer service desk.  There were 2 women behind the counter, and I gave the wallet to them.  They gave me soome praise for honesty.

As I was leaving, I glanced back and they were divvying the cash up between themselves!  I found and told a manager, and they were both let go over the incident.

No. As much as I’d like to I’ve seen very good people go through too much tragedy. Look at all the impoverished people in the world who are never able to get ahead yet do not do anything to attract negative karma…
