Try Nina. You can design your own with custom colors and heel heights. I'm sure they have some that are similar to this. I have heard they are uncomfortable, but don't know firsthand.
Yes what @stewie said!! I did the "Design Your Own" application & got my shoes in a few weeks ago! they are absolutely BEAUTIFUL & just a little over $100.00. I got the 2.5" heel & they have about 4-5 options of heels to design whichever color you want!! Check them out :) & if you put your email at the top of the screen you automatically get subscribed & get 20% off your order in an email they send you :)
((inhale breath and hold)) they are sooo nice - but yeah, why no other colours!
I got mine at nina too. They have a lot of nice shoes in a lot of different colors. They have a few that have the flower, but they are not with open sides. The website is http://ninashoes.com/nina-121
looks like they have 6.5 and 7.5 left, not sure what size you wear!
Thanks for the tips on Nina, and jubyju that's great that Zappo has them in colors that KateSpade.com doesn't! Hooray! I wear a 6, which they are out of in ivory, but they have it in white. I have six months to the wedding, I think I'll get on the mailing list to be notified if they get a size 6 in ivory in stock. Meanwhile, I get to play with Nina!
I buy a lot of designer shoes and in my unprofessional opinion Kate Spade are the most overpriced shoes on the market. Yes, the design is nice but they actually aren't made very well. Most of their flats look cheaper than Nine West and cost close to $300, more than Tory Burch! I try them on all the time and they aren't very comfortable and always overpriced. The heels have zero variety in color - most are suede and almost all of them are black.
Nine West occupies a good portion of my shoe rack, so I'm coming into this fairly clueless - thanks for the advice, moderndaisy! I don't think I've ever spent more than about thirty bucks on a pair of shoes in adult memory.
I completely agree with @Lees4308, @stewie, and @noritake22!!!
I am getting my shoes from her (Nina) and they're AMAZING!!! I love them!!!
<3
If you're willing to spend the $$ on Kate Spade I would personally redirect you to Cole Haan or anything at myglassslipper.com Stuart Weitzman (spelling) are also waaay better made than KS.
There are so many options, don't get discouraged!
I'm really not willing to spend the $$ on Kate Spade, is part of the problem - I posted this shoe because I've been having so much trouble finding something to appeal to my extremely picky taste and criteria. I'll check out the suggestions though for sure. (I am now actively avoiding opening up my wedding budget to remind myself what I set aside for shoes, back when I made the budget in like July, because I have a feeling it's something like sixty bucks.) :)
Hey I acutally have a previous post about this! I just bought these shoes on zappos in white. I saw them in the kate spade store in black, fell in love and bought them the same day. They came in like 4 days, and they are amazing! get them
What do you think of these? They come in white or ivory satin in a 6, 2.5" heel, no bling, and they are $80. Endless had only the white, and Amazon had both colors.
Nina Culver Kitten Heel Peep-Toe

Also, if the flower is what you really like on the Kate Spades, you could always try to find a flower clip and attach them to some simple d'orsay shoes.
@morgan No, don't tempt me, I had just convinced myself I couldn't afford them! Well glad to hear a counter-opinion on the value of Kate Spades, I'm glad you love yours.
Chels, those are lovely, but I think what I love about the Kate Spades are the heel cup as well as ... well not specifically the flower, but just the look of the lines of the toe strap, just something about that swoosh and that asymmetrical little accent (it don't have to be a flower, but a something is nice).
I do love the heel cup look though. I'm not sure what to call it, otherwise I'd be googling for it, just that it looks kind of retro 40s style or something. The Nina Culverts have that going on on one side, I'll definitely put them in my OMG SHOEz folder in my wedding stuff. The price is great too!
Wait, is that what a d'orsay is? Is that what I'm describing? Geez okay maybe I need to do what I did with flowers and just sit down for a while and educate myself first before trying to even venture into determining what I want. Crazy shoe world! ::fist brandish::
Heh, I only learned what a d'orsay shoe is thanks to the bee mrs. d'orsay and her cute shoe icon! On Endless you can sort by shoe type and d'orsay is an option, too.
I bought these from shoebuy - not too tall, slightly thicker (but still very pretty - nicer in real life than in this picture) heel, and dyeable (also available in ivory). Greatest part was they are ~$72... I got them for $51. Go to retailmenot.com for coupon codes... there's one for 20% off, and there's an extra 10% off your first purchase when you register. (read the 'shopping tip' under the 'active coupon' heading - it's a little confusing finding the link to register.) And the discounts stack - you can use both during the same purchase. (also has free shipping/returns, like zappos. woot!)
Good luck!
I would look at stuart weitzman. They have tons of amazing bridal shoes. I think I've decided on a pair of stuart weitzman's too.

Thanks so much for the suggestions, everyone! I appreciate it a lot.
Hey, just to update you, I did get those kate spade shoes, but number 1 they were too white for my dress and number two the bow thing on the front ended up looking weird with my dress..so I returned them and just got the nina caparro shoe in ivory..it is very cute! not quite as comfy as the kate spade, but very cute and quite a bit less expensive,,i ordered them in a half size down b/c i heard they run big and the half size down fits..hope that helps
awww those are cute. i'm sorry. good luck on your search.
Meh. I have a pair of Kate Spade pumps that I swear are made out of cardboard, the toe box is seriously that thin and they are the most uncomfortable things ever (although they are cute, so do I wear them? You bet I do)
If you are going to spend the money on designer shoes, go for Stuart Weitzman. Just as cute but 10 x more comfortable.

Finally found wedding shoes that I am bonkers crazy in love with. Not only are they $295 though, but they only come in BLACK. Sorry, even if I were jumping on the colored-shoe trend, black would not be the color I'd choose.
It kills me, they're even the right heel height that I want (2" or less) yet still manage to look beautiful! I need short heels because 1) I'll be walking in grass and prefer not to aerate the venue lawn with lots of little three-inch holes 2) FI is only three or four inches taller than I am, and I like the aesthetic of him being a bit taller 3) I get wicked foot pain from standing too much all day in any shoes, let alone steep heels. Too bad most of the truly stunning shoes out there are 3" and up.
Let me know if you've seen anything like these in ::cough:: ivory or white, thanks ladies.
