(Closed) keeping the bride in the dark with party planning

You’re really not supposed to be involved with planning the bridal shower or the bachelorette party.  These are parties that are being thrown FOR you, and you don’t typically throw parties for yourself.  I didn’t know anything about my bachelorette party or shower.  I planned my sister’s shower, and it was a suprise, although she knew the date, and her bach party is a surprise as well.

I was told the date and time just because of my crazy work schedule. You shouldn’t know anything besides that.
