Lets see those dresses!
Lets see those dresses!
khadijathediva – I saw your dress on Say Yes to the Dress last night. One of the girls was wearing your dress. I think they may have a rerun of the episode next week at 9pm Friday on TLC. I’d check your local listings.
I have the Kenneth Pool Rosalind in Ivory!!
Wow! Those are beautiful!
Wheresmydessert: I love the dress and your name. But with a name like that I don’t think I’d be able to fit into a dress like that! But I’m the type to gain weight just by starring at food!
here’s mine – cannot wait till she comes in.
I am a Kenneth Pool bride as well! I am wearing her in just over a month — so excited! Here I am at my second fitting.
PS: ALL of your dresses are gorgeous!
All those dresses are gorgeous, but Oh Hamster, I l love that cinched fit and modern sweetheart neckline on your Kenneth Poole!!!
Love your dress, Maybride82! That is gorgeous!
Does anyone have the Kenneth Pool Cezanne for sale?
I purchased my Kenneth Pool gown back in May and have been going back and forth on whether it’s “THE ONE”. The more that I think about it the more I think I really want a more sleek/mermaid-style dress (being a petite girl, I think I look like a cupcake in a ballgown), instead I went with what everyone else was telling me to buy. I’m IN LOVE with Mrs. Hamster’s KP Sophisticate! It has the same sweetheart neckline and waist detailing as the dress that I bought, just a more streamlined skirt and it’s made with satin instead of tulle:) If anyone knows of anyone interested in purchasing the Flirtation or selling their Sophisticate, please message me!
Without further ado, here’s my dress, the Kenneth Pool Flirtation:
hi i think flirtation is gorgeous! if you are petite you will look like a princess! i want to ask you though, if you are getting fittings, what will they do with the beading? is it possible to take inthe waist if you have beading there?
Hi! Thanks for the kind words! If I decide to stick with the Fliration, I found a local (Houston) seamstress who used to make replica wedding gowns who has promised me that she’d be able to take in the waist with no beading issues at all. My biggest concern was how to take the skirt up, since there’s so much heavy beading on the bottom, but we figured out that the best way would be to actually hem the bottom of the dress with a loose stitch, so it doesn’t disturb the beading and nothing has to be cut off. The beading is so intricate and beautiful, I didn’t want any of it to have to be cut or taken out.
