i've never used kettlebells myself, but one of my friends works out at gym called Crossfit. It's a national thing and there might be one in your location. They use a lot of kettlebells.

Hello Bees!
I started doing kettlebells with my workout about a week ago and I have gotten amazing results so far. My arms and legs are getting really toned from using them.
I just ordered a video to give me more of a variety of exercises to do with them but I was just wondering if any of yall have any advice on how to keep things challenging. Has anyone else had good results with them too? how long did it take you before you noticed a change?
