- Wedding: April 2011
I would prefer to have no children at our wedding, however this means excluding 5 first cousins (all ages 10+), who each have adult siblings that will be invited. Since I am not entirely unreasonable, we are going to invite these kids. However, the website will still say that the reception is “adults only” (or something else that doesn’t make it sound like Hedonism VII).
Anyway, my worry is that that there are some older second cousins that would not be invited. Is that ok? Or are people going to freak out when they see their 12 year old nephew at the wedding and their 14 year old granddaughter isn’t invited?
My question asks “where is it acceptable”, but it should probably say “where will I get the least amount of grief?
