So I have an enhancer wedding band. When my FI puts it on me should I have the ering inside of it already? Like should i be wearing it first or should the best man have it with the band? What do people typically do with their ering? Wear it on the other hand?

in my experience people typically wear the e-ring on their right hand. and either written in the ceremony or after they put it back on the left hand.
if you want to wear it so your band goes over the ering just keep the e-ring on for the ceremony

@Weetzie: I think I would give the best man the ering and enhancer band together so when your FI puts it on its all ready to go. 🙂

Since it’s an enhancer, it doesn’t look good on its own. I would have the e-ring in it when he slips it on your finger.
Personally, my wedding band was soldered to my e-ring 3 weeks before the wedding, and they were too tight to put on together, so I used decoy band for the ceremony. It was a loose enough band to smoothly go over my knuckle for the ceremony, and then my husband had my soldered set in his jacket pocket for me to slip on while we were signing papers.
Make sure you tell your officiator what you plan on doing with the rings. My brother was going to slip the wedding band over the e-ring of his FI and the officiator told him to remove the e-ring because he wanted the band on first. That would not have worked well in my case because it’s quite tight to remove my e-ring. So make sure he/she works with your desires.

Agreed. Give the best man both rings to have DH put on you together.

@Jasel311: +1 too. My right hand is anywhere between .25 and .5 larger than my left hand. There is no way my ring would fit on my right hand.

@Weetzie: I have a wrap for mine was well. On the wedding day I had e-ring on the right hand. Our officiant noticed it was a wrap and asked me to slip my e-ring off and we put it all together as a set…..DH then slid it on my finger. It actually worked out perfect that way. I had planned on just keepng e-ring on the right hand but it worked out well taking it off and putting it all together. No one even noticed that we did it.
