Remember there is a reason you fell in love with that dress! On your big day you will feel gorgeous and amazing, trust me!

I’m going to be honest here.  It does look a bit dated and I dislike the exposed boning.  You can buy a dress off the rack (ie. a sample gown) and rush any alterations that need to be done (last night on SYYTD Atlanta, a bride bought her gown the same day she was getting married, you have time).  Then, you could sell your current dress to make back the money.

doeydo:  im agree with her– that style isnt flattering with the expose boning– i dont know what options you have– white prom dress since prom season is ending– so you might be able to find a an affordable replace ment dress that doesnt need to be altered too much

BUT, the most important thing is your sanity. Will buying a new dress drive you more crazy than wearing this one? Or will this one disappoint you so much that you will be bummed out wearing it? It can’t hurt to go to a bridal shop and try on a few different styles, can it?

You fell in that dress for a reason and it’s beautiful! I’m sure on our wedding day you will feel great. I really think it’s nerves, and your hair and makeup look great

Oh and I love the beading on the bottom, you don’t see that a lot on ball gowns

Hmmm what is it about the dress you dislike? is it how sparkly it is? how did you envision yourself as a bride on your wedding day?

i think you look gorgeous, the dress is quite princessy is that what you are going for? It’s not my cup of tea personally! I’m more of a fitted girl myself.

could you go back and try it on again one more time? Theres plenty of time to get a new dress- a sample etc if you’re dead set on changing your dress.

i did- I bought the pronovias bamba ex sample in immaculate condition but had massive dress regret & I have now bought a new dress x

I love your dress and it suits you. What you need is a big blingy necklace to pull it all together.

Have you run out of other wedding projects to do? I received the advice to start doing other wedding-related things and then I would not be so worried about my dress when I had dress regret. It really helped!
