Fiance just got one for his birthday, and I’d love to use it to work out–more fun, and I don’t have to pay for a personal trainer! My goal is to lose 5-10 pounds and tone up a bit for the wedding, which is just over three months away. Anyone else done this? How effective was it?

@UK Bride: I don’t have one (insert sad face) but we played some dance game at a friend’s house one night, and let me tell you I was sore for days after!! This tells me that it couldn’t hurt the toning! I’m sure it will be even more effective if you are doing “workout” games with the actual purpose of exercising. Good luck!
