We ordered from skullcap.com I don't remember exactly how many we ordered, but I think it was around 120 for 150 guests and we had tons left over!
It depends on what kind you want. We got navy blue suede caps with gold embossing from J Lowy @ kippot.com. They were about $2 each and were the least expensive I found. I know they also do silk kippot if you prefer that style.
We got ivory satin kippot from Mazeltops for $2 each. They are gorgeous!
