Love our pasta attachment! I use it more for fondant/gumpaste rolling than actual pasta but it's a nice versatile accessory.
@techie: do you just have the roller attachment then? I am thinking I only really need the roller and maybe one cutting attachment. I don't really need 4 different ones, and I already have a ravioli tray
@MrsSl82be: The set we own also includes two cutters. :) One should be fine. Just go for the one you'll use more. We use our linguine cutter most often. We're also registering for the ice cream attachment. How's the ravioli tray?

I am getting the KitchenAid Artisan for Christmas, and I am going to ask for attachments as well. Just wondering which you have, what you can't live without, and which ones just aren't worth the money.
I definitely want the juicer, and the pasta attachments and the grinder/vegetable strainer attachments. Already have an ice cream maker
