How fun!! Isn't RK bridal up there as well? Not sure if they would carry anything different..
Isn't RK the one that doesnt take appointments? I got my dress from the Pronovias store but of course they only carry pronovias and they aren't close to kleinfeld's but close to amsale. Are you driving? I went to 2 places in north jersey that were great and cheap (if only they had my dress, I would've saved on tax) but they are about 35 minutes outside the city. Not sure if that works for you.
We are flying in. One of the bridesmaids, who lives in Pennsylvania, is meeting me there. Don't know yet if fiance is going. Will allow to go, but not see the dresses I try on. Has to be a surprise. Will also check out RK. Hopefully, my sister will also go along. That would mean a lot to me.
One more step closer to Kleinfeld's! Found a brand new hotel near the salon for less than $300 per night. Woohoo!
Definitely think about visiting places nearby in NJ...you'll save a ton because there is no sales tax on clothing in NJ.

Update on Kleinfeld trip - flying in and arriving at 9:45am, meeting PA friends at Kleinfeld, appointment at 12:30 with Keasha. I am super excited to have Keasha. I just love her! FI is flying in that evenng because of work, then accompanying me on some other salon visits on Saturday, but won't see me in them if I have some serious dress contenders. Would like to try RK and Macy's.

It has been a major ordeal trying to shuffle everyone's schedules to be able to go to New York. I think it's really going to happen in October!
Are there any other bridal stores in New York that are similar to Kleinfeld's with designer lines, and especially plus size?
