Have you tried the KP duty products from Dermadoctor? They really worked well for me. You should be using a lotion with gylcolic acid.
I have horrible KP as well on my arms and thighs and use CeraVe twice daily. It helped reduce the redness a lot, but the bumps are still slightly visible. Like all KP products, can't skip a day or it'll come back! :-( I too am thinking about finding a "peel" to help expedite the process.

Hi bees,
I have had KP for as long as I can remember (looks like red goosebumps on my upper arms) and I hate it! I'm getting married in May have have been trying exfoliating and using Eucerin lotion, but it's not getting any better.
I hate wearing short sleeves in the summer, so imagine my horror at having to wear a wedding dress and then going to Hawaii for our honeymoon!
I have read mixed reviews on microderm and if that helps- have any of you tried that? Or have any other solutions?
Thanks!
