Cpaital Seafood is really good, the only concern I would have about the restaurant is the many pillars/beams throughout the restaurant.  I know my parents had a huge issue with this.

I haven’t been to the other two restaurants so I can’t help you there.  I had my banquet/reception at New Capital Seafood (San Gabriel) and the food was excellent and can easily acoomodate 300 ppl.

If you were looking into the banquet halls that also serve asian food, Universal Hilton, San Gabriel Hilton, and Pacific Palms are all good options.

HTH!

Oceanstar, Monterey Park? I’m sure it’s large enough…

If you want asian food I’d second Pacific Palms or the San Gabriel Hilton. Those will cost a little more than say New Capital Seafood, but the venue is so much better. Goodluck on finding the venue of your dreams!
