Im not sure how far this guy is from you, but I'd avoid him based on MULTIPLE reviews I've come across on him (Not just here FYI). This post immediately popped into my head when I read your title, THATS how much on an impresison it had on me - and I live in NYC

We used him for our wedding and everything was flawless. He was a referral from my husband's co-worker and we would definitely recommend him to anyone we know. His prices are reasonable, you can customize your playlist and upload it on his website. He goes above and beyond his role and really helped us with our timeline, music to tailor to our theme of wedding. He also referred us to other vendors and we just were really happy with them. Larry is awesome.
We had Tim Coy from Pacific Events as our DJ!
We had a lot of last minute program changes during our reception and he was so accommodating! And his prices are great compared to a lot of other djs!
@contrarymary - We're using Tim Coy too. We met him in person, and he's just so go-with-the-flow and so gracious to accomodate weird requests. We told him that we wanted to play both Arabic and Irish music, and he didn't even bat an eye! We're very happy we chose him!
We had Bruce Battleson, from Battleson Entertainment. He was sooo much fun to work with and totally went with the flow of our weird wedding....even while the groomsmen were harmonica beatboxing. I was so happy we booked him, as he felt more like a friend than a vendor.
