awww I love that Catherdral! I was actually thinking of going to mass there before the meet up sunday.
I go to mass(spanish) there every Sunday, I might have to miss this one time and go to mass earlier at a diff. church so i can make it to the meet up.
I love it.
I went to a wedding here last year, it was beautiful. Definitely a great location

I didn't get married there but I was reading on another board that they don't let you put up a lot of things in the church. Like nothing on the pews and very few flowers and such. But I guess it's very pretty so many it doesn't need a lot of decoration.

You are right, they do not allow anything to be hanging from the pews (at all!) They do allow you to place decorations on the floor, like next to the pews if you must. The setting of the arrangements at the altar are very limited also. The FI and I are totally fine with that, we will save money on flowers and the church doesnt need much decoration anyway.
They don't let you put anything on the pews. The bride and groom that I photographed there used iron stands to hold their flowers. it was very pretty!
