If you go into the Help option in Excel type in "Mail Merge". Look for the article titled "Print labels by using Excel data in a Word mail merge." I haven't done this since college, but the directions seem pretty easy!

i have my guests' name and adress in excel and would like an easy way to move it onto word to the avery label template. any easy way of doing this? there must be a edit savy bee in the hive!!
